Punjab BJP secretary Vineet Joshi today questioned AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal as to why he feared facing the law. Kejriwal has blamed Prime Minister Narendera Modi after his name was included as an accused in a FIR which has been filed regarding irregularities in the appointment of 85 persons to the Delhi Women Commission.Slamming Kejriwal for adopting double standards, Joshi asked, “Why does Kejriwal pretend to respect the law when he can’t even face it? If the chief ministers of other states can appear before the courts and investigating agencies, then why can’t he? If he hasn’t committed any wrong, then why is he afraid”? Seeking a swift and impartial inquiry into the matter, Joshi further said, “Kejriwal has developed Modi phobia. It won’t do any good to him by blaming the prime minister for his misdeeds. Alongwith the people of Delhi, the whole country today knows that he always blames the PM to hide his wrong doings. Instead of engaging in diversionary tactics by giving political colours to the issue, he should face face the legal process”.
