Deputy Chairman J&K Legislative council Mr. Jahangir Hussain Mir alongwith MLA Surankote Mr. M Akram Chowdhary today visited the bereaved family of Policeman who was martyred in yesterday’s militant attack and paid their heartfelt condolences. They also met Haji Nazir Hussain who was held hostage by the militants and enquired about his well being. They said that Indian army and J&K Police has played a commendable role in saving lives of innocent civilians. Mr. Mir said that the 93 inf Bde has always played a major role in saving the civilians of Poonch since 1947.
