Popular fantasy drama TV series "Game Of Thrones" has bagged nine Creative Arts Emmys which focus primarily on key technical disciplines and behind-the-scenes crafts of television production.This year, for the first time, the Television Academy's Board of Governors voted to expand the Creative Arts Emmys -- which hitherto had been a single ceremony -- to two consecutive nights at the Microsoft Theater here. On night one, Saturday, "Game of Thrones" took home nine wins, reports variety.com.Winning the Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series trophy, the show, which is followed globally, bagged trophies under categories including Outstanding Makeup for a Single-Camera Series (Non-Prosthetic); Outstanding Costumes for a Period/Fantasy Series, Limited Series or Movie; Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Contemporary or Fantasy Programme (One Hour or More); Outstanding Stunt Coordination for a Drama Series, Limited Series or Movie; Outstanding Special Visual Effects; Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Comedy or Drama Series (One-Hour); and Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series.The Creative Arts Emmys continue on Sunday. An edited presentation of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards will air on September 17 on Star English Networks's channel.
