A day after the Civil Secretariat employees decided not to attend their duties in view of prevailing situation in Kashmir; the government on Friday said that they sorted out all the issues with the employees. The government spokesman and Education Minister, Naeem Akhtar told KNS that the issues with the Civil Secretariat employees were sorted out in a meeting that was held on Thursday evening. He said, “The employees had called for lockdown to press for their demands, which were not taken in recently held cabinet meeting. They didn’t call for lockdown due to the prevailing situation in Kashmir.” He said that all the issues with the employees were sorted out. “The employees who coordinated with the government from time to time will be joining their duties as per routine,” he said.
