Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh laid the foundation stone of Rs. 20 crore Sabzi Mandi at Darni Ka Bagicha in Shimla today. It will have two auction centres and thirty shops. Each auction centres would have 30x50 square meter space.Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that this Sabzi Mandi would facilitate the people of Shimla & Kinnaur districts. He said that the channelization work of nearby nullah would be taken by the Municipal Corporation alongwith PWD National Highway.Earlier, Chairman, HP Marketing Board Dr. Subhash Manglate welcomed the Chief Minister and thanked him for expansion of marketing yards in the State.Health and Family Welfare Minister Shri Kaul Singh Thakur, Mayor M.C. Shimla Shri Sanjay Chauhan, Chairman APMC Shri Devinder Shyam, Chairman, APMC, Shimla & Kinnaur Shri Mahinder Stan were also present on the occasion among others.
