A team of Vigilance Bureau toady nabbed an AJE of PSPCL red handed while accepting bribe of Rs. 10,000.Disclosing this official spokesperson of the Vigilance Bureau said that AJE, Jagtar Singh posted at PSPCL office, Sub Division Malsian, District Jalandhar has been nabbed on the complaint of Jarnail Singh of village Sihari, District Jalandhar. As per the complaint, Jagtar Singh, the complainant has applied for the motor connection for his fields 4-5 years ago. After the clearance of the motor connection he has deposited the requite fee. He alleged that now the AJE Jagtar Singh demanded bribe of Rs. 20,000 from the complainant to release the motor connection and finally the deal was settled at Rs. 17,000. Out of this Rs. 7,000 bribe was paid to the AJE earlier and the second installment of Rs.10,000 was to be paid today.On the tip off provided by the complainant a team of Vigilance Bureau nabbed the AJE Jagtar Singh red handed while accepting the bribe of Rs.10, 000 from the complainant.
