Taking cognizance of the non implantation of the reservation policy in his department, Punjab state scheduled commission today sought comprehensive report from additional Chief Secretary (Home). ACS has been directed to submit the report before the commission on August 23, 2016.Disclosing this Mr. Rajesh Bagha, Chairman of Punjab State Scheduled Casts Commission said that as per the reports Home Department has not implemented the reservation policy/ instructions of Welfare Department in the cadre of Personal Assistant (Group B). He said that this is the clear violation of the Allocation of Business Rules-2007 issued by the Welfare Department.The Commission has taken strong view of the violation of reservation policy by the Home Department. The commission has directed the Additional Chief Secretary (Home) to submit the reply and record in this regard before the commission on next date of hearing of the case on August 23, 2016.
