The Cabinet approved following transfers, postings in civil administration.
1.B.B Vyas, IAS (JK:86), Financial Commissioner, Planning Development & Monitoring Department shall hold the additional charge of Relief and Rehabilitation Department till further orders.
2. Bipul Pathak, IAS (JK:92), Chairman, Special Tribunal, J&K be transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Transport Department.
3. Asgar Samoon, IAS (JK:93), Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, be transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department.
4. Vinod Koul, IAS (JK:98), Commissioner /Secretary, Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Science and Technology Department be transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal.
