Terming the statement of Indian home minister in Kashmir as absurd, JKLF incarcerated chief Yasin Malik said that Indian Home Minister’s comments that they want “emotional relations with Kashmir” is like adding salt to the wounds of Kashmiris and actually shows the callous attitude of Indian leaders towards Kashmiris. He said that Indian forces killed dozens and injured thousands and killing spree is still going on but instead of showing some sympathy with the bereaved families or expressing regrets for these killings, Indian home inister advised us to refrain from even mourning for our beloved ones and stay calm and watch our loved ones being butchered by Indian forces.Malik in his message from incarceration today said the ongoing killing spree by Indian forces in Kashmir as act of genocide.Malik who along with other JKLF leaders Muhammad Yasin Butt and Zahoor Ahmad Butt is languishing in police station Kothibagh said that killers of more than fifty innocent Kashmiris are being dubbed as saviors by Indian leaders and their Kashmiri stooges but killers are killers and can never become saviors.

He said that some weeks before the so-called chief minister Mehbooba Mufti felt ashamed for being a Muslim as some security personal had been killed but today the killers of innocent Kashmiris are being dubbed as saviors by her.“We want to ask her that does she feel any shame for being an Indian stooge as Indian forces have killed so many innocents and taken eye sight of so many humans in Kashmir.”Malik said that by issuing ridiculous statements and trying to equate Kashmiris freedom struggle with terrorism, Mehbooba mufti is proving her loyalty with her masters in Nagpor and Delhi. He said that Kashmir is an internationally recognized dispute and the struggle of Kashmiris is just and legal struggle and cannot be equated with any terrorism.Malik said that Kashmir is a disputed territory and an internationally recognized issue and Kashmiris are striving for their birth right and by denying the reality will Indian leaders nothing but shame and disaster.
