Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is acting like a dictator and his attitude to Right to Information rules proves this, Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala said on Friday.Chennithala said it was surprising the government had decided to go to the Kerala High Court against the Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) on putting cabinet decisions on public domain."We wish to know who is advising him. They claim it was while they supported the first UPA government that the RTI was floated. Now they say cabinet decisions cannot be made public," he said. The government has decided to seek legal redress after the CIC based on a RTI query from one Binu sought details of a cabinet decision. The government said such decisions cannot be made public."During our tenure we had placed each and every decision the cabinet took for which orders were passed on the government web site," Chennithala said.He said the media was silent though Vijayan had now cancelled the customary post cabinet media briefing."None of you has a problem. We all remember how much trouble Oommen Chandy had to face from you. But now you are quiet," said Chennithala.
