Minister for Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution, Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali today felicitated Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Ram Vilas Paswan here at a function at Zabarwan Park.Minister of State for CAPD, Ajay Nanda, Secretary to Government CAPD Department, Shafiq Ahmed Raina, Director CAPD Kashmir, Peerzada Mushtaq Shah, senior officers of CAPD and other staff members attended the function.Congratulating CA&PD on launching Mufti Mohammad Sayeed Food Entitlement Scheme (MMSFES), Ram Vilas Paswan said the department is doing a commendable job in the field of public distribution.Mr. Paswan said that he has evaluated the achievements of the Department during last one year wherein J&K’s CA&PD department has adopted innovative techniques for effective and transparent functioning.Appreciating the State Minister, the Union Minister credited the success of schemes to Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali who has timely projected the demands of the people of J&K to Centre. “The Centre is extending all possible cooperation to State Government”, Paswan said.
