Minister of State for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Urban and Housing Development, Ms Asiea Naqash reviewed the arrangements made on the eve of Shab –e – Qadar, Jumat –ul – vida and Eid-ul- Fitr here today.The Minister directed officers of various departments to ensure that people do not face any inconvenience on account of security, traffic management, drinking water, power supply, sanitation and healthcare services during the auspicious days.The Minister visited Polo Ground, TRC and Eidgah and took stock of arrangements being made for Eid prayers. She was also apprised about the plan for parking of vehicles. The Minister asked officials of SMC to launch cleanliness and sanitation drive in TRC and Polo ground.The Minister also visited Eidgah and reviewed the arrangements put in place for Eid prayers. She directed face lifting of the ground besides, sanitation and cleanliness in the area.The Minister was accompanied by Commissioner SMC Bashir Ahmad Khan, ward officers and other officials.
