Minister for Education, Naeam Akhter informed the House that during last three years 3 school buildings were approved for upgradation under RAMSA in Uri constituency. Replying to a question by Mohammad Shafi, the Minister said that the construction work of these school buildings including middle school Banali, girls middle schools Pahlipora and Lagama would be completed at a cost of Rs. 94.05 lakh each.The Minister said that these works were approved during 2014-15 by MHRD, under Integrated AWP&B 2014-15 but, no funds were released against these approvals. He said 50% funds have now been released to the executing agencies and expected date of completion of these school buildings is March 2017.In response to the supplementaries, the Minister said that government would ensure provision of adequate funds under different schemes for completion of all ongoing school buildings in the state.Mian Altaf, G.
