In a message to His Excellency Rodrigo Duterte, the President-elect of the Republic of the Philippines, the President has said, “On behalf of the Government and people of India and on my own behalf, it is my pleasure to convey to you hearty congratulations on your election as the President of the Republic of the Philippines. As you prepare to assume that high office, I wish you success in all your efforts to fulfill the aspirations of the people of the Philippines.
