Speaker,Kavinder Gupta, today asked the Government to take notice of the accident in Kupwara and provide compensation to the victims if any provision allows them to do so.The Speaker said this when MLA Kupwara Mr Bashir Ahmad Dar informed that on Friday three girls were drowned after a tractor they were travelling on met with an accident in Deedikoot village of Kupwara. He prayed for directions to the Government to provide compensation to the next of kin of the deceased.The Speaker asked the Government to examine the case and see if there is any provision to provide compensation to the victims.
