Minister for Health and Medical Education, Mr. Bali Bhagat today informed the House that no nomination has been made for undergoing BDS and BAMS courses.Replying to a question by Mr. Rajiv Jasrotia, the Minister said, the nomination has been made in MD course under ISM and 24 BAMS doctors were nominated for MD courses in different disciplines of ISM during the last two years.The Minister said that in this regard the notification was issued by the Department of AYUSH A Central Government and applications were invited from subordinate offices and accordingly 26 applications have been received which were scrutinized in the office of Director General, ISM and the list of eligible Medical Offices were considered for nomination.
