MLA Chenani, Dina Nath Bhagat on laid the foundation stone of Community Facility Centre at Chenani near BDO office.ADC Angrez Singh Rana, PO-DRDA Jagdish C. Mehra, BDO Chenani Dr. Shavi and other officers were present on the occasion. Addressing the gathering, after laying foundation stone, the MLA said that it is the endeavor of present dispensation to build strong and durable assets for larger benefit of the people. He told that one CFC would be constructed in every constituency under 'CFC in every constituency' programme.Highlighting the importance of CFCs, the MLA said that such centres could benefit the people in many ways like holding community celebrations and conducting public meetings of the citizens on various social issues.On this occasion, the MLA was informed that the CFC would be constructed under 13th FC scheme with an estimated cost of Rs.46.45 lakh.
