The Department of Information & Public Relations has condoled the demise of Makhan Lal Bhat (Zewan), retired Chief Photo Officer of the Department, who passed away at his residence at Zewan, Srinagar on 16 June.A condolence meeting was held in the Directorate of Information wherein rich tributes were paid to late Makhan Lal Bhat, who was known as an ace photographer in the Department.The Department has also expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul.The 10th Day Kriya of late Makhan Lal Bhat will be held on 25 June at Takshak Nag, Zewan, Srinagar at 9.00 am.
