While speaking on the governor's address chief whip of congress party and MLA Banihal Vikar Rasool Wani lashes out at PDP BJP government and termed coalition government as complete failure.Vikar Rasool said that both the parties has formed government just for sake power and fail to deliver on the people’s expectations. He added that the coalition partners are misleading the state from the day first of their government formation.Vikar Rasool added that PDP has ditched the interest and expectations of people in valley who voted for keeping BJP out of power while as BJP has murdered the will of Jammu region as well as surrender their party ideology for power share in the state.He further said that government want to divert the attention of common masses from core developmental issues and want to implement the communal agenda of RSS in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.Vikar Rasool said that governor's address is considered as aims and actions of government and their future plans but its very unfortunate that no such issue has been incorporated in the governor's address which can provide relief to the flood victims of the state as well as to the people of the state who voted for desirable change in the government.
He urged upon the chief minister miss Mehbooba mufti to take the concrete review of government and her party for focusing on the people's sufferings.Vikar Rasool said that people of the state was expecting the fulfilment of poll promises and assurances by PDP BJP government but till date no such step has been taken which can come to the expectations of general masses of the state.Vikar Rasool said this is the unfortunate part of political history of Jammu and Kashmir that government is focusing more on communal issues than developmental agenda the recent remark of forest minister ch Lal singh is the worst example of governments communal intention.In his concluding lines congress legislator from Banihal constituency Vikar Rasool wani said that congress party will fight in and out the state assembly for providing justice to the people of the state.
