Minister for Education Mr. Naeem Akthar today said that teachers hold an exalted position in the society as they are custodian of the future generation and the natural respect does not require any formal conferment.The Minister was replying to a question by Vinod Gupta in the Upper House today.Mr. Naeem Akthar informed the House that the priority of the Government is to improve the working atmosphere and infrastructure in the Government Schools.The Minister further informed that for redressal of genuine demands, the School Education Department holds regular interactions with the employees in the light of extant rules.
