Hurriyat conference JK convener and Muslim conference Chairman Shabir Ahmad Dar, Mahzi Azadi president Muhammad Iqbal Mir, International forum For justice chairman Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, Young Men’s League Chairman Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and Tehreek Istiqamat has paid rich tribute to five Mujahideens who were martyred by forces in fake encounter.Leaders strongly denounced Army and police statement in which they claimed that five unidentified militants were killed in a gunfight.HCJK leaders said According to Army spokesperson statement Mujahideens which were martyred had taken cover inside an abandoned residential house were encounter was staged which was later burned by forces through gun powder but there was no burn signs on the faces of martyrs which proved army claim hallow, they said as the army spokesman a weak before this incident happen had that a group of five militants has crossed over this side this raises doubts that these mujahedeen first arrested and then killed during the captivity, Shabir Ahmad Dar said.
A delegation of HCJK headed by Muhammad Ahsan unto along with Shakeel-ur-Rehman yesterday visited Kupwara and participated in funeral prayers of five Mujahideens, delegation was aware by local people there was no such evidence which proves they were killed in an encounter it seems by seeing their faces, they had been killed five to six days before and brought here to show they have killed in an encounter.HCJK leadership has demanded the impartial probe of this encounter and killing of mujahedeen’s through International court of tribunal.
