Member Legislative Assembly (MLA), Ramban Neelam Kumar Langeh accompanied by tem of officers today conducted extensive tour of various villages the Ramban and Batote blocks.Accompanied by Xen REW, BDOs of Batote and Ramban the MLA visited Karma, Sawni, Ghari, Waghna, Halla and Jathgali Panchyat of block Ramban and Batote. He inspected ongoing works and interacted with the local residents.The MLA inaugurated tractor road at panchayat Karma completed at a cost of Rs 5 lakh by Department of Rural Development. He also announced ceiling fans and desk for Upper Primary School (UPS) Kasal, Middle school Sawni and 25 KVA transformer for Kathyala of panchayat Sawni from his CD fund.
He also sanctioned two lakhs out of CDF for development of school play ground of Government High School, Jathgali besides two transformers of 25 KVA.The MLA also inspected various schools including Upper Primary School Kundi Karol and Government Middle School Baghna and Balli and High School Dhar. He took stock of staff, infrastructure and quality of education provided to the students. He also directed the officials to perform their duties with punctuality, zeal and dedication without making the general public to suffer.Langeh interacted with the people of far flung areas and listen to their demands which mainly related to improvement in power supply scenario, appointment of staff in schools, construction of school buildings, higher secondary school for Chill and road connectivity. Responding to demands MLA assured them that their genuine demands would be fulfilled as soon as possible. The MLA assured the people that he was always available for people and they can approach him at any time.
