To review physical and financial achievements of the previous year and to discuss proposed district plan for the financial year 2016-17 including new initiatives for ensuing District Development Board (DDB) meeting, District Development Commissioner Mohammad Aijaz convened pre-DDB meeting today.In the meeting, all district heads apprised the DDC about the physical and financial progress made in the previous financial year and new proposals and initiatives to be taken up in the DDB meeting for discussion.DDC directed the officers for timely submission of data related to various plans and schemes so that it can be reflected during proceedings of DDB meeting. He further asked them to submit entire plan with photographs to highlight major achievements of respective sectors.While focusing on various arrangements, DDC asked the concerned officers to ensure full cleanliness, uninterrupted power, water, proper seating and other allied arrangements on the day of DDB meeting. ADDC, Ravinder Nath Sadhu, CPO, Parshotam Kumar, PO, ICDS, Ashok Pandita, Superintendent Engineer, PDD, Xens of PWD, PDD and PHH, DFOs, CMO, DSWO, CHO, CEO and other district officers attended the meeting.
