Minister of Education, Mr Naeem Akhtar today visited the Madr-e-Meherban Trust Miskeen Bagh run by Mrs Suraya Mattoo and appreciated the work done by the trust.The children belonging to poor families are being provided education and vocational training free of cost at the trust.While interacting with Ms Mattoo, the Minister said that the need of the hour is to take the working of the trust to the next level. He assured Ms Mattoo that the government will extend its full support in developing the institution so that more people will get benefited from it.The Chairperson explained to the Minister about the working of the trust and the difference it has made in the lives of the people with the help of vocational training and quality education. Ms Mattoo urged the Minister to extend the building facilities of the nearby school and also develop the playfield for the children.
