Congress vice president and MLC Ghulam Nabi Monga hit out at the Peoples Democratic Party for blaming it communalizing NIT issue.Monga said that Congress is not a communal party and believes in secularism.“Infact, PDP is a communal party as the party’s communal colour was exposed after joining hands with RSS-BJP combine for power,” Monga told KNS.“Congress party does not need character certificate from PDP. Our secular character is not worldwide,” he said.Senior PDP leader and Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Law & Justice Abdul Haq Khan on Sunday accused opposition of risking the lives of Kashmiri students in other states of India by trying to give communal colour to NIT issue.The Congress vice president said that PDP is inaugurating those projects today that have been allotted and sanctioned by NC-Congress government from 2008-2014.
