District administration Kargil has informed Haj pilgrims to submit first installment of Haj dues amounting to Rs 81,000 per pilgrim by April 15, 2016.The intending pilgrims have also been asked to provide medical screening & Fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner or from a government doctor.The pay-in-slip of Haj fees along with medical certificates can be submitted in the office DC kargil by or before April 16, 2016.
