S.A.S. Nagar ( Mohali ) , 26 Mar 2016

A Massive Protest demonstration was held at 82 sector in Mohali against the “brutal” assault of Kashmiri youth Sanjay Singh Thakur and his mates, all resident of Jammu Kashmir, were thrashed by the four accused, including both the sons of landlord of a house, in which they (the victims) had been residing as paying guest at Chilla village in sector 81 Mohali.Scores of Kashmiri youths led by National Students Union of India (NSUI) leader Prakash Singh Dadwal   assembled at sector 82 in Mohali, they raised the slogan against the Punjab Government and its administration for playing dirty tricks with J&K youths.

Dadwal claimed that every time innocent J&K youths were being harassed and no one in the Punjab administration utters a word or takes any action against the culprits.Dadwal added as per police they have registered the complaint FIR No 0066 of 2016 on 16th of March and assured that culprits will be held, but the irony is that accused are roaming free. “That puts a question on the administration, who assures for the safety and security of Kashmiri youths. If really, the Punjab Govt. is serious then declared them as absconding criminals”. (CNS)
