Jammu and Kashmir salvation movement on Monday greeted entire Paksitani nation on the eve of ‘Youm-e-Pakistan’.Party chairman, Zaffer Akbar Bhat in a statement to KNS from New Delhi greeted the Pakistan and thanked for providing moral, political and diplomatic support to Kashmir freedom struggle.“Pakistan is the only Muslim country with the grace of Almighty which actively supports our freedom struggle.” Zaffer said, adding Kashmiris are hopeful that the Pakistani nation will continue to support freedom struggle of Kashmir despite odds.Party leaders and activists held prayers meet at Srinagar and prayed for the prosperity and stability of Pakistan. They said that a stronger Pakistan will pave way for the early and lasting resolution of Kashmir conflict. Leaders said that stronger and peaceful Pakistan will prove fruitful for the entire Muslim community around the globe.
Zaffer Akbar Bhat also paid glowing tributes to frontline freedom warrior Shaheed Abdul Majeed Dar on his 13th martyrdom anniversary.He said that martyr Dar played an important role in ongoing movement and his sacrifices and contributions can’t be ignored.Bhat wowed to take the mission of martyrs to its logical conclusion despite Indian military’s oppressive and suppressive tact’s.He also expressed sympathy and solidarity with those political detainees who have gone on hunger strike in Baramullah jail against the non-availability of basic necessities in Jails. Bhat said that prisoners are illtreated in Jails across in the state as well outside states and are being deprived of basic medical facilities.Zaffer Akbar Bhat also remembered the victim of Pathribal fake encounter on their 16thanniversary and paid tributes to those martyred by Indian armed forces.
