J S Nayyar, president CMA & Madulika Kak, General Secretary was also present at the moment.While speaking at the moment Col Gursewak Singh said that stress is a potential killer, implicated in medical conditions from high blood pressure and infertility to heart disease. He later, also explained simple but effective tools for being freed from the stress trap.
