Congress on Saturday said that GM Shaheen is not their party member; Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Saturday strongly refutes the statement made by Shaheen.Soon after GM Shaheen, who claimed to be a Congress man during addressing a news conference in a local hotel in Srinagar on Saturday, JKPCC in a statement issued to KNS said that he is not party worker and the statement he made should be attributed to the party.PCC said, “Whatever he has issued or said in the press briefing must not be attributed to the Congress Party.” “Shaheen is neither associated nor is any member of the Congress Party. PCC distances itself from the Statement issued by Shaheen,” PCC said. (KNS)
