The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senior leader and MLC Mohammad Khurshid Aalam has expressed deep sorrow over the huge loss of property in the tragic fire incident at urdu bazaar Mujahid Manzil Srinagar in which ten houses got damaged effecting about seventeen families.Aalam along with several party leaders including Ali Mohammad Wani today visited the effected families and expressed their deep sympathies with the effected families who lost their houses in the tragic fire accident, PDP statement to KNS said.Demanding proper and timely compensation, relief for the effected families, Khurshid Aalam said the government should provide every possible support to the victims so that they could not face any problem in the prevailing climatic conditions. The leaders also urged the government to immediately provide free ration, tin sheets and blankets to these fire victims. (KNS)
