Prime Minister, Narendra Modi Wednesday held his monthly video conference under his Pro-active Governance and Timely Implementation (PRAGATI) initiative, with Union Secretaries of various Ministries and Chief Secretaries of States.Chief Secretary J&K, B R Sharma also participated in the video conference.Prime Minister reviewed status of the scheme for the development of Solar Parks in various states including J&K.Prime Minister also reviewed progress with respect to Aadhaar and its seeding with bank accounts, urging all states to complete linkage of Aadhar with Jan Dhan Bank Accounts for its use to subscribe to various Government run schemes including old age pension and widow pension scheme, enabling easy authentication of the beneficiary to receive direct benefit transfer.Prime Minister in this regard asked all the states to complete the process expeditiously.
