Republic Day was celebrated with patriotic fervor in District Jail Jammu where Director General of Police, Prisons, S.K. Mishra hoisted the National flag.Speaking on the occasion Director General highlighted the importance of the day He also paid tributes to the great leaders and freedom fighters .Cultural programme was presented by the jail staff and prisoners. Sweets were also distributed and Bara Khana was arranged for the jail inmates on the occasion.
