The regional provident fund commissioner here and six others on alleged bribery charges were arrested on Monday by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on a corruption charge, an agency official said."The CBI has arrested Durga Prasad, regional provident fund commissioner, Chennai, two enforcement officers and four others in an alleged bribery of around Rs.14.5 lakh," a CBI official told IANS.
