Describing skills as being the backbone of entrepreneurship, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy said on Sunday that the Start-Up India programme will be the "door to a new life" for the country's youth."Finding right skills is the biggest challenge for start-ups today. The youth should reap this opportunity to its best," Rudy said in a statement here."Start-Up India will be their door to a new life," he added.Prime Minister Naredra Modi on Saturday unveiled the "Start-Up India Action Plan" here on Saturday with an enabling eco-system to promote and nurse entrepreneurship.
