To develop culture of Road Safety in Ganderbal, District Administration today kicked off 27th Road Safety week which is being observed from January 10 to January 16.District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Showkat Aijaz Bhat, flagged off a colourful motor cum bus rally from Mini-Secretariat to Nagbal with an aim to sensitize people about the importance of following traffic rules to prevent road accidents.Speaking on the occasion, District Development Commissioner emphasized on the need of public co-operation to curb the menace of accidents and over loading as well. He instructed traffic officials to take stringent action against those violating traffic rules.
