Additional Commissioner, Kashmir, Nisar Hussain Wani today directed the officials to ensure strict attendance of government employees in their offices and send the attendance reports to Divisional Commissioner office daily.The Additional Commissioner was chairing a meeting to review the implementation of circular issued by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir regarding attendance in government offices. According to the circular all Deputy Commissioners/HoDs of Kashmir Division are enjoined upon to ensure the attendance of officer/officials under their jurisdiction in order to maintain punctuality and work culture in the Govt/Semi Govt offices for speedy disposal of day to day public related issues.Mr Wani said that all Deputy Commissioners/HoDs of Kashmir Division are also advised to check the attendance personally of offices under their administrative control on random basis. In this regard he said, this office be posted with compliance report on regular basis and submit report to by 10:45 AMdaily on a set format. A team of officers has also been constituted to check the attendance on random basis in all Districts/Divisional level offices as well.
