Locals of Nagbani Macchlian area near Refugee Basti expressed their anger in the form of a strong protest because of the negligence faced by them in terms of development of roads in their area. Dozens of protesters gathered in the area and displayed their anger towards the Administration. State Incharge of BJP Cells Sat Sharma (CA) along with State BJP Kissan Morcha President Karan Singh toured the area today and found out the bad conditions of roads in the locality.Addressing the protesters Sat Sharma (CA) said that all type of austerities are left for the people who are already fighting for their rights since independence and the callous approach of government towards them shows that no provisions regarding development of such areas have been made. The BJP leader also said that Refugees are still being ignored by the Government. He also stated that the roads are in such a worst condition and also consists of so many holes which have created a very difficult situation for the public to walk on such roads and even people with transport are also facing lots of problems while crossing through that area.

Further adding Karan Singh said that the department concerned is not looking into the matter seriously and the needy people of the area are being neglected by the administration. He also said that despite many complaints to the concerned officials, no action has been taken by them as yet regarding this problem. Singh also stated that such conditions of roads can lead to so many mis happenings and the Administration must look into the matter seriously.State Vice President Kissan Morcha  Jagdish Pandey,General Secretary Kissan Morcha Raghubir Singh, Jagpal Singh and Rakesh Kumar also accompanied the leaders in the protest.
