The environs of the school wore a festive look with twinkling lights and a riot of balloons as students of Oakridge International School enthralled the audience with their endearing and enthusiastic performance in a spectacular show. The cultural bonanza started with vandana extended to the dignitaries followed by lamp lightning on Shloka Uccharan and Gayatri Mantras. Singer Amar Veer,Vivak Atri,Sofi Zahoor Quark, Punkaj big FM, Khuswant Singh were chief guest at the moment.Students of the school created a beautiful ambience through their performance. Students astonished the audience with their smart and synchronized movement in School Band performance. The Oak street Musical dance by students was main attraction for the audience. Theme based dance & Jugalbani stole the show especially depicting their love for music. While speaking at this occasion chief Guest Sufi zahoor stressed that such functions holds the emotional values, thus put a mark in child’s memory and help him to bond with the things. According to Singer Amar Veer such activities create competition, which turned a child into achiever in his life finally . At last the audience had an opportunity to watch the video show ‘Life at Oakridge’ Depicting working of school. The day culminated with the National Anthem by the students infusing the true spirit of patriotism in everyone.
