Punjab Deputy Chief Minister  Sukhbir Singh Badal today calculating the worse political position of Congress led UPA government said Congress has no political future in the country and time has come when it will die its own political death. "This so called government of 'Aam Aadmi' did nothing for common masses and constantly ignored nation as well as interests of general public so that's why it has been routed out from various states including national capital, so called 'political castle' of this anti-people party. Now, it would have to face the wrath of countrymen in ensuing general elections" said Deputy CM.Talking to media persons after inaugurating Sewerage Treatment Plant worth Rs. 12 crore and laying foundation stone for upgradation of Mansa Bus Stand with total cost of Rs. 50 lakh, Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal said that after facing recent massive debacle in some states, now the magic of BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Mr. Narendra Modi will completely rout out the Congress from national politics. He said this incumbent government has put an indelible scar of 'scams, corruption, inflation, poverty and unemployment', for those countrymen would never spare this anti-people government in ensuing elections. He said that NDA will bring back the lost image of country after taking reins of power besides taking people-centric initiatives to make India one of the top prosper nation.

 Earlier Deputy CM and local Member Parliament Mrs. Harsimrat Kaur Badal presided over a sangat darshan program at Bachat Bhawan here, where Mr. Badal announced that by mid January all 21 municipal wards of Mansa city would get 100 percent sewerage system. He asked Chief Executive Officer of Sewerage and Water Supply to ensure sewerage connections for every household before the end of next month. He also directed all the Municipal Councillors would verify this in writing after completion of connection delivery in their respective wards. Mr. Badal also directed CEO Sewerage and Water Supply to depute a dedicated officer at Mansa to eradicate all the sewerage related complaints within two days. 

Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Member Parliament called upon the local residents to become active partner for ensuring holistic development to make Mansa- a model district in the state. She said that she will review all the development works after every six months and Mansa residents should keep a check on the ongoing projects besides bringing it the notice of her or Deputy Commissioner, if found any negligence on the part of administration.The Member Parliament directed the Deputy Commissioner to sort out grievances of local resident on 1st of every month in his office by holding Sangat Darshan from 10 am to 12 noon. She also exhorted the local residents to visit DC office on 1st of every month to register their plaints if any with him for instant action and implementation on development projects.

In a media query on massive defeat of Congress party in recent assembly polls, Mrs. Badal said these results endorses a strong stamp by clearing that there was all possibilities of NDA to form the next government at Center in interests of nation and countrymen.Earlier Mrs. Badal also presided over Sangat Darshan programs at Arvind Nagar, Maharaja Agrasen Bhawan, Bachat Bhawan, Mahavir Dal Dharamshala, Gaushala Bhawan, Lions Club and Doom Wala Gurdwara and on the spot redressed hundreds of complaints of local resident.Prominent amongst those were present included Mr. Sarup Chand Singla, Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Mr. Prem Mittal, Mr. Chittin Singh Samaon, both MLAs and Mr. Dilraj Singh Bhunder, Sardulgarh Constituency incharge.
