A local court Thursday granted bail to Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Muhammad Yasin Malik and his associates in a case related to waging war against state that had been filed by police against him vide FIR number 47/2015.Malik was released in open court after he was brought for extension of remand by the police before the court.” “Court of second additional district and session judge after hearing prosecution and defense lawyers, granted interim bail to Malik till January 21, 2016,” The counsel for Malik, Advocate Bashir Ahmed Sidiq on behalf of Bar Association told CNS.Shortly after the bail was granted by the court, Malik and his associates were produced before the court by the police for extension of remand.
