A deputation of pharmacists called on the Minister for Health and Medical Education, ARI and Trainings Ch Lal Singh at Civil Secretariat, here today and apprised him with various demands and issue pertaining to the welfare of the employees.Director Health Services, Dr. Baljeet Singh Pathania, Controller Drugs and Food Control Organisation, Nazir Wani, Deputy Director Health Services Dr. Ajay Gupta besides other senior officers of Health Services were present on the occasion. The Minister gave a patient hearing to the demands of the employees and assured that all their genuine issues will be addressed in a phased manner.Maintaining that the department has set some new benchmarks during the past nine months and the tangible transformation is being duly acknowledged by the masses. He hoped that the employees will continue to work with extra vigor to improve the health delivery system in the state.He said that measures are afoot to further improve the work environment in the health institutions.
