A meeting of Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of block Tikri and Panchari was held under the chairmanship of MLA Reasi Mr. Ajay Nanda here today.Speaking on the occasion, MLA said that best possible efforts be put in place by the Health Centre administration to provide quality healthcare to patients. Mr. Nanda stressed the need to create awareness among common masses about various new initiatives and programmes of the department, so that they could achieve maximum benefit under such schemes.In the meeting, Vice chairman, Dr. Santosh Sharma gave a detailed account of ongoing works and new initiatives of the PHCs of block Tikri and Panchari and chalked out modalities for better functioning of the healthcare institutions.During the meeting, various issues were discussed including construction of buildings, approval of emergency medicines for PHCs in the said blocks etc.Vice chairman, Dr. Santosh Sharma, BMO Dr. Vijay Basnotra, BMO Panchari, CDPO Udhampur, and various officers of different departments and members of Rogi Kalyan Samiti were also present in the meeting.
