Minister for Industries & Commerce Chander Parkash Ganga today visited the border village Dug Channi in Ramgarh area to take stock of the situation where some cattle-sheds were destroyed in inferno resulting in the charring to death of several cattle.The Minister was accompanied by ADC Samba, Pawan Sharma, SDM Vijaypur, Rajnish Gupta and Tehsildar Ramgarh, Jai Kumar Sharma.The Minister was informed that the cattle-sheds caught fire due to short-circuit.Ganga presented relief of Rs 25,000 to Dhanatar Singh whose cattle died in the fire incident and also directed the officials to provide him a financial assistance of Rs 35,000 for the construction of new cattle-shed.He also directed the officials of veterinary department to provide all necessary medical assistance to the injured cattle.
