Prof. Javed Musarrat, Vice Chancellor Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), called on Governor N.N. Vohra, here at the Raj Bhavan today.The Governor and Prof. Musarrat discussed BGSBU’s ongoing academic programmes, available infrastructure, faculty position and the financial requirements to meet the future growth of the University.Urging Prof. Musarrat to speedily enhance the academic standards of BGSBU, the Governor invited him to visit the Mata Vaishno Devi University, Jammu University and Central University of Jammu and meet the Vice Chancellors of these institutions for gaining firsthand knowledge about their academic programmes. The Governor is the Chancellor of these three Universities.
