Stressing upon the need to make Arabic courses more job oriented, Minister for Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department and Tribal Affairs Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali said that there is a need to train scholars of Arabic language to meet the job requirement.The Minister today interacted with the scholars of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGBSU) at Rajouri and also hold deliberations with the Head of the Department Dr Shamas Kamal Anjum along with other staff to access the overall grooming of the scholars of this language.During the visit, Minister stressed upon the University to train the students of this language in such manner that they avail employment opportunities in gulf countries also . He said that he recently visited gulf countries where there is a dire need of people knowing Arabic English and Urdu languages but we have to properly train our students and scholars to make them job fit ,added the Minister

The Minister said that he will discuss the issue with the Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed to make the course of MA Arabic a job oriented course. He said that this course should not add in the graph of unemployment but it should remain in demand in the job market. He said that a language can also flourish in better way if the same is linked with jobs. He added that there is a need of proper computer and technology training to the scholars of MA Arabic so that when they passouts from the university  they may not face trouble in getting jobs. Terming BGBS University a prestigious institution, Zulfkar said that it was vision of Mufti Mohanmad Sayeed to open a higher seat of learning in Pir Panjal area and this dream has now been realized. He said that as a Chancellor of this University CM is very particular about the development of this University and he desires to make it AMU of Jammu and Kashmir state. He said that people of Rajouri Poonch are thankful to Mufti Mohammad Sayeed for his visionary efforts for development of  education in  Pir Panjal area.

Meanwhile Minister visited every classroom, lab and offices of Arabic Department and assured full support from Government to make this Department best on in the University. He also instructed Vice Chancellor Prof Javed Massrat to work with close coordination of government and take innovative steps for the development of this University.
