Citing the CMS-India Corruption Study 2015 report, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday sought action plans from his cabinet ministers about how they would root out corruption from their respective departments.Kejriwal in six letters addressed to his cabinet ministers pin-pointed the vulnerable areas in their departments. He asked the ministers to submit their action plans to cleanse those corruption-prone critical areas."As you (ministers) are aware, our government maintains a zero tolerance approach towards corruption in public life. It is therefore requested that a detailed action plan may be drawn to uproot the scourge of corruption from the department under your charge," wrote Kejriwal in his letter.

The survey in its report, in which it held Delhi Police as one of the most corrupt departments, pointed out that corruption prevails in getting driving license and beds in the hospitals.Kejriwal, while cautioning his deputy Manish Sisodia, pointed out as many as 13 vulnerable areas in the departments under his portfolio. These areas range from getting admission in schools to getting clogged drains cleaned.
