Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh said that JDA Board of Directors has approved the project for development of Maharaja Hari Singh Park.The Deputy Chief Minister said this while replying to a question by Vikramaditya Singh in the Legislative Council today. He informed the House that the conceptual design of the park including amphi-theatre, fountains, jogger tracks, lawns has been completed and preparation of DPR is under consideration.
Dr. Singh said that minor works including road side boundary of parks secured by way of PCC poles and barbed wire has already been started. He added that the work of restoration of damaged grills, boundary walls towards road side has been allotted and work started at the site and work of execution of project for development of park shall be started soon.Ajatshatru Singh raised a supplementary to the main question.
