Under the ongoing campaign going on across the county to ensure the victory of the BJP in Bihar assembly election, BJP’s Punjab Unit on Thursday organised a meeting under its “Chalo Bihar Abhiyan” in which the party urged the Bihari’s living in various parts of Punjab to visit Bihar in order to ensure BJP’s victory.Addressing the gathering of Parvasi Cell of the party, BJP Punjab incharge and Member of Parliament, Sh.Parbhat Jha, said that the Bihar assembly polls are the occasion where people of Bihar hold a chance to change the fortunes of the under-developed state.Sh. Jha said that Bihari’s have always showed a character of honesty and dignity on various occasions be it the development in South or the eastern part of the country or the Green Revolution in North India, the labourer of Bihar have contributed a lot in all this and witnessed this development as a silent spectator.But it’s unfortunate that the people of Bihar especially the youth did not get the recognition and due share to prove his mettle in the development due to the failure of the political leadership of the state, added Jha.
“The failure of political leadership is the reason that when rest of the states are scripting the new chapters in development, Bihar was down on the graph and is listed among the worst states. But now, BJP is ready to change the scenario but for that people of Bihar would have to ensure that each and every individual working in Punjab votes for our party,” urged Jha.Punjab BJP president, Sh.Kamal Sharma while speaking on the occasion also stated that BJP has changed the overall image of the country in its over one year rule in India and the entire globe is now witnessing our country as the next super power. He said that now it’s the time of the people of Bihar to catch the opportunity and give powers to those who have already proved it while ruling the country.
With BJP in Bihar and already our government at the Centre, Bihar is sure to see a new sunrise on the development front especially for those classes who were forced to work in other states of the country by the inefficient political rulers. This election is going to take a call of your future and for that you have to ensure that all of your relatives and friends working here go to Bihar to vote for the BJP, he said.
