It is for the information of public that District Legal Service Authority, Srinagar is organizing a National Lok Adalat at District Court Complex, Sanat Ghar, Bemina, Srinagar on 10th October, 2015 pertaining to traffic, petty matters, pending and pre-litigation under the Chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, Mr. Rasheed Ali Dar. Persons whose cases are pending in any Court of district Srinagar or those persons whose cases/matters are not pending in any court but desire to settle their cases/matters through the sais Lok Adalat may approach District Legal Service Authority, Srinagar by or before 08-10-2015, so that their cases/matters can be settled through this National Lok Adalat amicably.Meanwhile, District Legal Services Authority, Anantnag is also going to organize National Lok Adalat on October 10, 2015 at District Court Anantnag and subordinate courts of the district. Interested persons are requested to approach the concerned courts for referring their cases to the proposed Lok Adalat. The Lok Adalat shall give preference to cases related to traffic, petty matters and municipal matters. Advocates and litigant public are also requested to extend their cooperation for success of the event.
